I can help you navigate the transition into retirement by taking a look at the details of your life, showing you how to make good decisions, and helping you implement those decisions.

Frequently Asked Questions…
Why Work with a Fiduciary?
Working with a fiduciary can offer a number of advantages and protections. A fiduciary is a person or organization that has an ethical and legal duty to operate in your best interest and give consideration to your financial security.
What are Your Fees?
As a Fiduciary, Financial Planner and Enrolled Agent, I am able to work with clients in the manner in which they choose. Many of my services have no out of pocket costs and are offered on a commission basis. For those who prefer to work under an Assets Under Management model (AUM), we offer an advisory arrangement where we charge your fees as a percentage of your assets annually.
The choice is always up to you. It really depends on your individual situation as to which is better for you. However you choose to engage, my overarching goal is always to help my clients understand and manage their financial resources so that they are able to make smart money decisions for themselves, their families and their businesses, and thereby have control of their own financial destiny. As part of my value proposition, as an enrolled agent, I offer tax planning and preparation to each of my clients in order to pursue wealth maximization through minimization of the tax liability. Regardless of how you choose to work with us, the initial consultation is always free.
What Happens in Our Initial Meeting?
Understanding your financial conditions, goals, and risk tolerance of a client is our first task.
I will learn more about your financial situation, including income, expenses, assets, liabilities, and any current investments or insurance policies.
I will assist you in determining your immediate and long-term financial objectives, such as retirement planning, home ownership, college funding, or business startup.
It’s also important that we evaluate your risk tolerance. The sort of investments that are advised will depend on your comfort level with market swings and possible losses.

How are My Investment Accounts Managed?
I am affiliated with Cetera Financial Specialists, one of the premier broker-dealers in the industry. As my broker-dealer, they are responsible for executing trades on your behalf. Like all broker-dealers, they must undergo regular auditing, and are required to meet specific net capital requirements to ensure it can meet its obligations to investors like you.
But their support for our relationship goes well beyond its function as trade executor. My affiliation means that I am not held to a sales quota or tied to selling only proprietary products. I have the independence and freedom to recommend the financial solutions that best suit your needs, ensuring your objectives are what drive all decisions, while Cetera Financial Specialists’ network of people and resources help us pursue your unique goals and vision for the future.
